Yeah; I've suggested they sell prepaid cards for the ingame store. They'd be like prepaid time cards for other pay for play games and you just pick what you want to use it on.

It for special circumstances like this that I'm glad that Anet had Aus/NZ based in Europe when you first play. (But i still switched to America, too much lag in EU...It being on the other side of the world and all :P)

Is the prerelease out in America? Everywhere I've been says that they won't get it until the 24th... which kinda sux since that's the last day of the preview. Also, the PC Gamer isn't out where I live (or it wasn't the other day, but I'm going to check on that tonight). Does anyone know why this could be?

Different areas and different stores get stuff in at different times. I got the bonus pack when it went on sale on the 15th. Just got the PC Gamer yesterday.
